Marketing Your Corporate Rental

1. Most Corporate rentals need to be fully furnished, with modern or classically neutral decor.
2. This includes a fully equipped kitchen: i.e. all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, appliances.
3. Linen must be supplied for leases of longer than 6 months. 
4. Make sure you calculate into the price: DSTV, ADSL/WIFI, Lights & Water, Maid & Garden.
5. Service Security and off-road parking is a must.
6. Corporates tend to prefer homes that are centrally situated, and close to shops and recreational facilities as often spouses (who are often not permitted to work and sometimes can’t drive) accompany their working partner.
7. Corporates have a wide range of budgets and can pay anything up to R55 000p/m.
8. Generally Corporates sign for a period of 6 months, and then renew every 6 months.
9. Corporate rentals are needed across a wide range of areas – and not just limited to the most upmarket areas.
