The Way Forward
Here’s how the process will unfold:
1. Confirm your interest with us!
2. We will then arrange a meeting to run through any relevant questions regarding design and spec of the penthouse.
3. The paperwork will then be drafted and signed by both parties.
4. Once the paperwork is signed, the unit will be officially reserved while we arrange the financing.
5. If you opt for a bond, we will need your approved bond within 30 days of signing. If cash, the 30% deposit will need to be paid into the attorney trust account within
30 days, as well.
